Kimmons football fosters the development of student athletes beyond the field.

With Flu Season around the corner, the Sebastian County Health Department will give Mass Flu Clinics for all FSPS grades/students on Wednesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 30.

Elise Everly, senior at Southside High School, has received the Youth Philanthropy Award from the Arkansas Association of Fundraising Professionals for establishing the "Southside Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter."

Southside High School junior, Mason Sangster, was recently selected to participate in the National Honor Band by the National Association for Music Education.

Lisa Gray, an Interventionist at Sunnymede Elementary School, was named as one of the state finalists at the Arkansas Teacher of the Year (ATOY) awards ceremony at the Capitol in Little Rock on Monday, September 16.

School Board meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Service Center Auditorium, located in Building B of the Service Center Complex, 3205 Jenny Lind Road. The meetings are open to the public.
