Northside High School sophomore, Jennifer Vicencio, was selected as a delegate to represent the University of Arkansas and College Project Talent Search at the National Student Leadership Congress being held June 8-13 of this year in Washington D.C.

The Northside High School’s SkillsUSA team recently competed in the SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills State Championships in Hot Springs, AR.

Kindergarten preregistration for the 2013-2014 school year will begin April 15, 2013 in the Fort Smith Public Schools.

The District will provide breakfast, free of charge, for all elementary students the week of Benchmark testing. Elementary schools will serve breakfast each morning from 7:30 to 8 am in the cafeteria.

The fourth annual 'Partners Pack the Truck' food drive benefitting the Community Services Clearinghouse's 'Meals for Kids' Program will wrap up with a collection at the Arvest Tower on Friday, March 15, and Saturday, March 16.
