Grizzly Gear Launches Online Store
Grizzly Gear is now online and ready for business.

The Northside spirit store recently launched its own official website and expanded into the world of online sales. Grizzly Gear's site features a selection of products including Northside-themed apparel, jewelry and gifts. The site includes an online catalog, as well as updates about the store, item markdowns and special events. Shoppers can choose to pick-up items during business hours, or can pay to have their selections shipped directly to them.

"The Northside High School Small Business Operations (SBO) class now includes E-Commerce," said Melinda Briscoe, Northside SBO Teacher. "The Grizzly Gear store is fully operational and open for your shopping convenience. By simply clicking the link from the Northside High School home page, or logging directly onto the site, you can be shopping at the Grizzly Gear store." Items available on the website vary from apparel to small items such as wrist bands and sunglasses.

The store, which opened its doors in January 2012, had hopes of expanding into e-commerce from the beginning. Early on, organizers launched a Facebook page which also features product photos, store hours and special sale information.

Grizzly Gear is located at the corner of North B and 23rd streets on the Northside campus. It is open from weekdays from 8:15 am-9:00 am, from 11:45 am-12:20 pm, and from 2:30 pm until 3:30 pm. It is also open for special events including home games, open house and parent/teacher conferences.
