                                                                                                                     The Add to Favorites window will appear on your                                                                                                                      screen.   The “Create Desktop Shortcut” and                                                                                                                      “Create in Application Folder” check boxes should                                                                                                                      already be marked.  You can rename the icon.                                                                                                                       Select the “OK” button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Select Image for Desktop Shortcut

window will appear on your screen.

 

 Select the View Menu icon 

and select “Thumbnails”. 

 

Select the picture you wish to assign as an

icon for your favorite.

 

Select the “Open” button.

 

Once the icon is assigned, the Add to

Favorites window will reappear on your

screen.  Select the “Back” button until you

return to the Finance Plus main menu.

 

 

 

 

                                                                                                                     Select the Refresh icon.

 

 

                                                                                                                     After refreshing, the new icon should appear on                                                                                                                      the Finance Plus main menu window.  You can                                                                                                                      click on this icon to begin the General Ledger

                                                                                                                     Audit Train Report process.
