You can set up “Favorite” icons that will display on your main menu.  These icons will take you directly to the areas of the system you use on a regular basis.

 

Example:  To add an icon for the General Ledger Audit Trail Report do the following:

 

 

From the FinancePlus main menu, select:

 

 

Reports →  Fund Accounting →  Audit Trails →  General Ledger Audit Trail

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The General Ledger Audit Trail window will

appear on your screen.
