                                                                                                             The Printer Selection window will appear on your                                                                                                              screen.  Your default printer (999 PC PRINTERS)                                                                                                              should already be highlighted.  Select the “OK” button                                                                                                              to continue the printing process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Print window will appear on your screen.   You

will probably need to change the layout of your paper

to print most reports.  Each printer is different,

but you can begin by selecting the “Preference” button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                                                                                                       This will open the Printing Preferences window.                                                                                                                         Search this window until you find the option to                                                                                                                        change your paper orientation to “Landscape”.                                                                                                                         Once you have made this change, select the “OK”                                                                                                                        button and you will return to the Print window.

 

                                                                                                                       Select the “Print” button in the Print window.
