Thank you, Partners!

The First School Partnership Started Here at Howard Elementary. In 1982, Howard Elementary School and Weldon, Williams and Lick formed the very first Partner in Education bond acknowledged by the Fort Smith Public School System.  In 2000, Howard was permitted to partner with Gerber Products as well. Since then, Lincoln High School Alumni Association, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Shared Services and Antioch Consolidated Association have joined our prestigious ranks.  Each of these Partners bring their own vision of how they would like to impact the students of Howard Elementary, yet they all work together toward the common goal of teaching the students the importance of giving back and the significance a good education makes on one’s life.  It is through the combined vision of the school leadership, the Partners in Education and the PTA leadership that our students' are able to achieve academically and eventually become leaders in our community.
