Northside High School Student Scheduling Process
Step 1: Pass out course catalogs and Course Selection Sheets to students. The
Course Selection Sheet is to be completed and returned to the student’s teacher.
Step 2: A counselor will review the course selections submitted and meet one-on-one with each student to determine if the courses are
satisfactory to meet graduation requirements and your child's career interest. These one-on-one meetings will be scheduled throughout the month of February into the first week of March.
Step 3: At Parent/Teacher Conferences in March, each parent will have an opportunity to review and edit their child’s final request sheet. After any changes have been made and the Course Request Sheet has been signed by the parent, the students requested courses will be set for the upcoming school year.
