Tuesday after school the Lady Bears beat Southside 10 points to 3 and total pins. Tabatha Nguyen had the high game of 143.
The Grizzlies beat Southside 8 points to 5 but lost Total points. Great job guys!! High game of 223 was bowled by Andy Duangdara.
The highlight of Tuesday’s match was the Grizzlies had Bakea style bowling matches of 223 and 209 versus a 223 and a 200. WOW!!

Grizzly Theatre is hosting a Coffee House on January 18th from 4-6 pm in the library. No judges, just entertainment, coffee, and cookies.

****Student Council will be collecting items for the Earthbound Angel drive to help children in need of a helping hand. Our mission is to let the children know that there are people who care. We are asking our Grizzly Family to help by donating the following items.

Coloring books and crayons
Knit hats and scarves
You may bring your donations to room 218 or give it to your teacher. A drop box is in the teacher’s lounge.

****JROTC Sporter Rifle did exceptional at the 1st Annual CMP State Championship. Congratulation to Cole Vick, 2nd Place overall prone, Rebecca Chacon, 2nd Place overall in standing, 1st Place overall kneeling position.
Rebecca Chacon was the highest overall shooter and takes home a Umarex APX Air Rifle and gift certificates from Daisy and Umarex. She will travel to Anniston, Alabama to represent Arkansas in the CMP Regional Competition.
Grizzly Red Team consisting of Rudy Vasquez, Christa Head, Rebecca Chacon, and Oneida Ibarra was the 1st Place Team overall and will also travel to Anniston, Alabama to represent Arkansas in the CMP Regional Competition.
Koi Hampton also finished as the 7th highest shooter overall of over 100 shooters and did exceptional in the final match shooting 83 out of 100 points.
At the Greenwood Drill Meet JROTC Color Guard finished 1st Place overall and our Physical Fitness team finished 3rd.
