The Grizzly Girls Tennis Team swept their first match of the year at Alma Thursday evening. Kate Files, Kassidy Killough, and Tiffeny Praphan all dominated 8-0. Cate Newcity won handily 8-2.
The girls' doubles team of Sunny Ray Ray and Mary Alex won 8-1 and the #2 doubles team of Addison McDougal and Ayden Huckelbury outlasted their opponents 8-6.
Lex Micheal won his #1 singles match 8-1 for the Grizzly guys.
Kadin Hyatt, Griffin Huckelbury. and Will Thames also won their singles match.
ALL LOCKERS WILL BE ASSIGNED BEFORE SCHOOL BETWEEN 7:30 AM AND 7:50 AM AND AGAIN AFTER SCHOOL BETWEEN 3:15 PM AND 4 PM UNTIL FRIDAY, AUGUST 18TH.

Spanish Club will meet Friday, Aug. 18 at 7:45 in Ms. Smyth's room (211). Come see what it is all about! Dues will be $5 for the year and we will discuss homecoming and other things.
Students, Homecoming is right around the corner. In order to be eligible to be nominated for a Homecoming Maid, you must be an active member of a chartered club. Sign up with your clubs soon! Nominations are due to Mrs. Been in Room 109 on August 25 by 3:30.
The first session of Night School(TBS) will begin next Monday on the 21st. We will begin our orientation at 4:00 pm in the auditorium. We will be offering geometry, Algebra, Chemistry/Physical Science, Biology, English 9-12, and Social Studies. If you have failed one of these classes, you are eligible to take Night School. Also, if you have moved to Arkansas from another state and you have not taken Economics/ Civics, you can take it in Night School. Night School sessions run from 4:00-7:00 pm Monday thru Thursday.
