Welcome to Your Source for Nutrition Information

Fort Smith Public School meals provide a healthy and affordable way to make sure your child gets the nutrients that are essential for success in school.

Studies have shown that kids who eat school meals get more calcium, protein, and vitamins, and less fat and sugar than their classmates who do not eat school meals.

School Meals
Elementary —  Breakfast - Lunch - After School
High School —  Breakfast - Food Bar - Main Line

School meals are based on USDA guidelines that are consistent with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.  The meals are low in total fat, and saturated fat which is the unhealthy fat that contributes to heart disease.  The meals provide no more than 30% of calories from fat, and less than 10% of calories from saturated fat.  (Carbohydrate information is available on posted menus.)
