Norma Shaffer Partnership Award

The Norma Shaffer Partnership of the Year Awards were established to recognize outstanding partnerships within the Fort Smith Public School District's Partners In Education Program.

An award is given to one elementary partnership and one secondary partnership annually. The award was named for Norma Shaffer who coordinated Partners in Education from 1986 to 1998.
