BEST Team

Boosting Engineering, Science, and Technology is what BEST is all about. This program meets before and after school (not every day) and is open to any student at Ramsey. Students build and document the building of a robot that will perform a specific task. Ramsey's robot will compete with other schools in a local contest in October with the possibility of going on to a national contest in November. Besides the robotics portion, students also compete in a category called BEST Award which is the documentation and display portion of the contest. When the contests are over, BEST students are still working on community projects and teaching workshops involving science and technology to elementary students.
