Celebrations

We would like to thank the visiting authors who have been kind enough to share their vast knowledge of the writing process with all of our students. Over the past year we have been fortunate to have visited with Lester Laminack, Steven Gurney, Alyssa Capucilli, Ken Nesbitt, and Darcy Pattison. Our children have been able to make a much deeper connection between the books that these individuals have written and the authors themselves. Our students also have gained an appreciation of the writing process which has inspired them to write even more.

We eagerly anticipate the arrival of four new authors this year: Jerry Pallotta, Bruce Lansky, Laura Neumeroff, and Gordon Korman.
