English Language Acquisition
English Language Acquisition is a program designed for students whose first language is a language other than English. It is designed to teach the students the English language as quickly as possible so they will be able to function in a general education class. Teachers in this program not only teach the language, but do so through the content areas. Students also receive a second language lab class designed to further enhance their knowledge of the language and culture.
