Funding for  EBSCO, Britannica Encyclopedia, Grolier Encyclopedia and GaleNet Discovering database services is provided by the Library Services and Technology Act through the Arkansas State Library.

Funding for Discovery Education Streaming is provided by the Arkansas Department of Education in coordination with AETN.
