Fast Facts about Albert Pike Elementary School

The current Albert Pike Elementary Building was built in 1952

The name sake of the school, Albert Pike, was a local educator and celebrity

The original building that was on this site was a one room log cabin. It is currently on the grounds of the Crawford County Court House.

Albert Pike is a Title I School

We have 17 classroom teachers, 1 literacy specialist, 1 ESL specialist, 2 Reading Recovery teachers, 2 counselors, 2 resource teachers and 2 administrators. Specialty area teachers work with our students in Physical Education, Music Media, and Art on a weekly basis.

Our current enrollment is 420.

This School is accredited by the North Central Association and the Arkansas Department of Education.
