Quick Facts:
- National Middle School Science Bowl is a quiz bowl-style competition
for 6th-8th grade students focusing on high level mathematics and science
questions.
- Questions are asked in a toss-up/bonus format.
- A team consists of five players.
- The Arkansas Regional Science Bowl is limited to
the first 16 teams to register by February 17, 2006. Registration fees are
$20.00 per team.
- The coaches’ meeting will be held at Southside High School, Room 128, at 2:00 PM
on Saturday, February 18th. This meeting is mandatory. The hydrogen fuel
cell car kits will be given at this time.
- The competition is in two parts: the academic
question portion and a hydrogen fuel cell car race.
- The winner of the Arkansas Regional receives an
all-expense paid trip to Denver,
Colorado, to compete in the
national contest.

- Go

on Regional Registration Form.
- Create
a user ID and password for yourself.
- Follow
the instructions and enter your team information (Players do not need to
be entered until March 21).
- Send
