Greetings From The Principal
Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year at Sunnymede Elementary! Our theme this year is, "Oh the places you will go!"
The staff at Sunnymede strives each day to help every young man and lady be the best they can be. A sound education will aid students in achieving all goals they have set for themselves in future. We believe it is our responsibility to instill a love of learning. As life-long learners, our teachers continuously seek new learning opportunities to aid in meeting the needs of our diverse student population. Our teachers facilitate the learning process via high yield strategies, higher order thinking skills, and engaging activities with technology tools that promote excitement among our students.

El personal de Sunnymede se esfuerza cada día por ayudar a cada joven y señorita a ser lo mejor que pueden ser. Una educación sólida ayudará a los estudiantes a lograr todos los objetivos que se han propuesto para sí mismos en el futuro. Creemos que es nuestra responsabilidad a inculcar un amor por el aprendizaje. Como aprendices de por vida, nuestros maestros buscan continuamente nuevas oportunidades de aprendizaje para ayudar a satisfacer las necesidades de nuestra población estudiantil diversa. Nuestros maestros facilitan el proceso de aprendizaje a través de estrategias de alto rendimiento, habilidades de pensamiento de orden superiores y actividades atractivas con herramientas de tecnología que promueven entusiasmo entre nuestros estudiantes.
