Students are expected to act in a manner conducive to the good order of the school and within the bounds of school board policy and state law. A copy of the FSPS Student Handbook is available from your school principal.
Bullying is a destructive behavior that is strictly prohibited at any school, on school equipment or property, in school vehicles, on school buses, at designated school bus stops, at school-sponsored activities, at school-sanctioned events, or via an electronic act that results in the substantial disruption of the orderly operation of the school or educational environment. The district will not tolerate any behavior classified as bullying and will take steps to eliminate such behavior. Students who believe they have been a victim of bullying or parents who believe a bully has victimized their child should file a complaint by contacting a school counselor, teacher, or principal. The person who files the complaint will not be subject to retaliation or reprisal in any form. Individuals who withhold information, purposely provide inaccurate facts, or otherwise hinder an investigation of a student for bullying shall be subject to disciplinary action.

All students must be in school daily. Chronic absences, truancy, or misbehavior will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency. Secondary students not attending school may have their driver's license revoked by the Department of Finance and Administration.
