Hello Beard families, 

My name is Joni Donoho and I am the Principal at Beard Elementary.  I have been an educator for Fort Smith Public Schools for 15 years. I have served as a teacher, Instructional Specialist, and Assistant Principal.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a Program of Study in Building Level Administration. 

I am excited about embarking on this journey of working with the Beard staff to support our students in their educational success. I am a strong believer in working with all stakeholders to ensure growth in our students academically, socially, and emotionally. I look forward to working with you in the coming year.
