Public Comment Open for FSPS Ed-Flex Waiver
Fort Smith Public Schools invites parents, staff, and community members to review and submit public comments on the district’s proposed Ed-Flex Waiver Application.
Through the Education Flexibility Partnership Act (Ed-Flex), the district is seeking flexibility in administering federal education funds and program requirements. This flexibility allows FSPS to better tailor federal resources directly to local academic priorities, improve instructional support, and enhance student achievement across district schools. Public input plays a vital role in ensuring these adjustments align with the needs of our students and community.
