Dr. Kellie Cohen Minton is a seasoned education professional with a remarkable 42-year career dedicated to enhancing student achievement and accountability. Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, Dr. Minton's journey in education continued in August 1994 when she joined Fort Smith Public Schools as the Director of Special Education. Over the years, she has held key roles, including the Director of Student Achievement and Accountability, Director of Compensatory Education, and Director of Special Education.
