Warren contributes a wealth of financial expertise and brings with him a distinguished career in Finance that spans over three decades.
In 2009, Warren joined Fort Smith Public Schools, following an illustrious career in finance and accounting, including six years in the public sector and an additional 15 years in the private sector. Warren's comprehensive understanding of financial intricacies has proven invaluable to the district.
Warren enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting in 1988. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capella University in 2020. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Arkansas since 1989. In 2019, he earned the prestigious Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations® (SFO®) designation from the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO), solidifying his expertise within the financial landscape of educational institutions.
