Streamlining Your Proposal Process
Our District uses an eProcurement system called OpenGov for publishing solicitations and receiving vendor responses. The District's eProcurement Portal allows vendors to:

Register to Bid: Sign up to receive notifications of future opportunities by subscribing to updates.

Track Solicitation Updates: Follow open solicitations by finding them and clicking the "Follow" button.

Submit Inquiries: Ask questions and get answers about open solicitations.

Complete Electronic Submissions: Get guided through the process of submitting proposals electronically.
Using OpenGov
Step 1: Register
Click here to sign-up as a vendor at no charge with OpenGov. After registering, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your account.
Step 2: Subscribe to Receive Solicitation Updates
Once your account is activated, visit the Fort Smith Public Schools Procurement Portal and click the "Subscribe" button to stay informed about solicitations. All solicitation documents will be available for download at no charge once you have subscribed.
Step 3: Manage Notification Preferences
After subscribing, manage your category codes and notification preferences by logging into your OpenGov Company Profile. For more information on setting up category codes, visit the OpenGov Help Page.
