Social Work

Serving Students and Families

Our school social workers help bridge the gap between home, school, and community to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed. We support the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students by working closely with families, school staff, and community partners to remove barriers to learning.

School social workers advocate for students and connect families with resources that promote stability and growth—whether through individual or group support, home visits, or community referrals. By fostering positive relationships and open communication between families and schools, we help create a supportive environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
