• SNAP Case Manager works with clients who have been referred by DHS to participate in the Employment & Training Program (E & T).  The goal of the program is employment and the case manager works with clients on job readiness skills, career assessment and planning,  as well as assisting with opportunities to complete GED or further their education.   Clients are provided with job leads, resume help, guidance for completing online applications and other services as needed.  The case manager stays in close contacts with participants and reports client progress to DHS monthly.
