At the March 11, 2024, School Board Meeting, FSPS staff presented information on academic achievement, financial updates, and certified staff contracts.

Dr. Tony Jones, Director of Secondary Education, shared insights from a recent survey regarding alternate graduation plans in case of inclement weather. District personnel will conduct additional surveys among students and parents to gather more insights.

FSPS Chief Financial Officer Charles Warren presented a Finance Update for the 2024-2025 school year.  Warren noted that over the past three years, the district has increased salary schedules in the amount of $12,370,000.  The board approved salary schedules as presented.

Dr. Davis, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Campus Support, presented contract renewals for certified staff for the 2024-2025 academic year, which the board unanimously approved.
