Eighth-grade students from Fort Smith Public Schools and 11 local river valley schools attended the iCan Career Expo on October 16 and 17 at the Peak Innovation Center. Over 80 local businesses set up booths to discuss future opportunities for life after graduation. 

The iCan Career Expo offers students the chance to explore career options offered in the local community. From healthcare and technology to arts and communications, students were able to interact with professionals from various fields. This exposure broadens their horizons and helps them discover their passions and interests to get them to prepare for the next four years of their school career.
