Allan R. Marshall Selected As Chief Communications & Engagement Officer

Allan R. Marshall has been selected as the Chief Communications and Engagement Officer for the Fort Smith Public Schools. He has spent 18 years in nonprofit management and higher education administration and has raised over $100 million in philanthropy during his career. Most recently, Mr. Marshall served as the Executive Director of Advancement at Arkansas Colleges of Health Education (ACHE), overseeing the Office of Advancement and Alumni Engagement. 

“It is an honor to join the Fort Smith Public Schools, and I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity. I appreciate the confidence and support of Dr. Morawski and the School Board. There are so many great days ahead for FSPS, and I am excited to be a part of it.” said Mr. Marshall.

Mr. Marshall earned his bachelor’s degree in political science, minors in public relations and religion from Baylor University, and a Master's in higher education administration from Dallas Baptist University. Welcome to FSPS, Mr. Marshall!
