Personnel Policy Committee (PPC)
Guiding Policies for Educators and Staff
Building a Better Workplace Through Policy Excellence
The Fort Smith Public Schools Personnel Policies Committees are committed to refining and advancing district policies for all employees. There are separate committees for certified and classified staff, each serving as a vital advocate for their respective groups. Our main goals are to review current policies, suggest necessary revisions, and develop new policies for the school board’s consideration. Through these initiatives, we aim to foster a positive, equitable working environment that supports both academic success and professional growth.
